“We would personally like to share our great experience working with Kathy Callahan. My husband and I decided we would like to try something a little different for the winter and head south. We had no idea which coast of Florida but friends gave us a few recommendations. We spent a week traveling and while in Tampa I told my husband I think we need to go back to Sarasota. Rodney and I loved Siesta Key, Longboat Key, and the Sarasota area. So we headed back. Luckily, we happened to drive by the office in Longboat Key and just decided to turn in even though we were looking for a rental. This is where I feel Kathy was our “Little Angel”.
