Our red-hot market shows no signs of waning according to data from The Realtor® Association of Sarasota and Manatee. One hundred percent of June home sales in Sarasota and Manatee counties closed at or more than the original list price, marking the 12th consecutive month of year-over-year sales growth.

 

Closed sales increased year-over-year by 41% to a total of 2,849 sales in June, with 100% of properties closing at or above the original list price. In Sarasota County, single-family sales increased by 42.8% to 1,097 sales, and condo sales increased by 72.2% to 575 sales. In Manatee County, single-family sales increased by 24.3% to 830 sales, and condo sales increased by 38.8%  to 347 sales.

 

Year-to-date, single-family closed sales have increased by 85.1% to 4,038 sales, bringing in $5.8 billion in volume.
